No O-rings. Have thought about it, but do not see an advantage to it at this time. I do plan to put studs in, when I am ready to go over 65 psi. I have retorqued the head for now. I have hit 70 sometimes, but I let out of it as soon as I notice it going that high. I try to keep it at 60 psi or below, and ONLY after the thermostat has OPENED. You need to have everything expanded to where it wants to be by the time you hit that kind of boost.

Fuel mileage, well that's a loaded question. I get 19 on the highway, and 13-15 around town, depending on how much my foot is in it (my foot is in it a lot because it is so much fun to drive). I LOOK for unsuspecting ricers at stop lights.

That's the coolest thing about it though, you can do all these mods to it and get no worse, and sometimes better, mileage out of it, depending on how heavy your foot is.

I haven't seen that kind of increase yet, but it's really nice to gain a few hundred HP and not drop any MPG. I'd like to see the average alcohol big block do that!

Got the injectors in and I'm still at 45lbs of boost I know that you hate to hear that but I know your turbo will be here shortly.

I FOUND THE BOOST INCREASE
I had a 30 lb. guage on the truck. I swapped in a 50 lb. guage & what do you know!!
I can pull 34 lbs. till I hit OD, then it goes to 38 lbs.
Does this indicate that I have more fuel at top end???
What would give more at the bottom end????

Not necessarily. It's more like you have that turbo spinniing real fast and then you drop the RPM a lot when you go into OD and the engine cannot suck in all of that air, so the pressure goes up. This happens on my truck, to the tune of about 30 psi when it goes into OD.

Well first you need tell us a little more. Is your wastgate disabled? With only an EZ, and assuming stock injectors, 26 doesn't sound like too low a number. How much smoke do you have?
With my PM3 on level 9, and wastgate disabled, I only got 35 psi out of my stock HX35.

Rule of thumb, if your smoke clears up at WOT once the turbo(s) spools up, and your EGTs are less than 1300 degrees, you have enough air. If your black smoke never clears up and/or the EGTs are over 1300 degrees at WOT, you need more air.

this question is alittle of topic i guess but i have notcied on a few guys trucks i know at wot and under load when the turbo spools up it whines, they both have "chips" one an edge other a va, my truck is stock and at the same situations my turbo whistles not whines, is this because their boxes are fueling the truck more, which creates more boost?

You will hear the turbo whistle as it spins up. The faster the turbo is spinning, a direct relationship with how much fuel your are dumping into the engine, and how much boost you have, the higher the pitch. I hear mine at 10 psi, but once it gets up to 50+ you can hardly hear it anymore because the pitch is so high. Now if you're a dog, it's another story.....
The difference you speak of is probably because they are getting more fuel through the engine and more boost from the turbo.
