The Blue Chip stealth pump cover is used with 24 valve fueling boxes as an option to not "pierce" the wire. It is a machined nylon cover that replaces the stock fuel pump cover over the electronics. The cover contains a small screw that is tightened and inserted at the correct point inside the electronics, at a point that the pump wire needs to make contact. The pump wire from the fueling box can then be attached to the screw on the outside of the cover. It is a way to try to avoid voiding the factory warranty on the truck as Chrysler has advised dealers to look damage to the external wire where the fueling bixes are hooked up. If the wires covering is damaged/altered/tampered with the warranty is to be voided.

 

One problem with it. There is an inside newsletter going around dodge that warns dealers to look INSIDE the cover to see if it has been tampered with. Someone on this board said something about it. I think it was Luke S. Not sure though.
