Does anybody have any pics of this cover, and does this make it so that you don't have to tap the pump wire? How does it work, and what is the cost? Thanks

 

It costs about $50. If your looking at your injection pump, the blue chip cover replaces the bright shiny silver one. It has a sharp point that you screw into the pump and it pierces the wire from inside the pump. It makes for a cleaner install and better connection. Plus it's a little easier to take off if you need to take the truck in for warranty.

I just picked up the BD Stealth cover, which does the same thing. Got it locally for $62. Here's a pic on BD's site....
