Biggest Injectors?

I got my pump tuned and turned up a little while ago, but the performance increase didn't reflect the work done. The guys at the shop were very disappointed with the lack of power and smoke she was making. They traced the fuel pressure all the way to the injectors and said that the injectors are my weak link. They went on to say that even a new set of stock injectors would bring the power up, but I might as well upgrade while I'm at it.

I'm looking at DDP's, but want to know how big my current engine setup (basically stock except for tuned pump) could handle. My goal is to make between 300-400 hp in the long run. Yes I'm getting gauges too. Any educated opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Some 181 or 191 delivery vavles and 100 horse injectors will get you around 400 horsepower. EGTs will be a problem though with the stock turbo. I've only heard great things about DDP. I would run them if I had the money.

So the DDP 90's would be the biggest without a turbo upgrade?

I think the 90's would be a good choice. If your EGTs were warm, and don't mind watch the EGT gauge, you can control them with your right foot.

You can drive anything on a stock turbo, it just doesn't have the top end power and egt control that a bigger turbo has. I ran F1 140hp sticks with the stock turbo, was a great setup.

I ran ddp4's on a stock turbo until I got my twins built. rarely ever saw full throttle and when it did, it wasnt for more than a second. Black out city and more boost than a hx35 should push. Your right foot and end goals determine how big of an injector you can get but a DDP2 is an excellent injector.
