Better Flow Need New Intake and 4" Exhaust
Allright heres the situation. Put the new southbend in and slid the number 10 forward. I need a new intake and exhaust. Combine the two and how much can I drop 100-200???? Yes SCOTTY I will get your number II but do you make it in red yet. I have the 4" down pipe I got from a buddy and I have the 4" flow through muffler big stack of off a FL80 for instance it is a flow through and is about 50" long. I need the 4" that goes over the axle if some one has that or where i can get it. I really do not want to fab one out of 45s and what not, and the big rig shops are white trash impatient fools who do a halfass job. Need the bend for over the axle, and your thoughts on the combined 4" and Scotty II. I want it in red though if possible let me know.

Cummins24,
I would go with the Full 4" exhaust for sure, I have no idea where you would find just an over the axle assembly. As for the Intake, the Scotty II is by far the best at reducing EGT's especially in a hard working rig. Red on the intake might be a stretch since the cost of different plastic colors on an injection mold can get quite expensive. Give Scotty or Rod a call and see what they think. Great guys to work with.

Go to Wal-Mart and pick your self up some Ford red Hi-Temp paint and paint it yourself. I'm doing my valve cover tomorrow. You just need to find a certain type of primer that sprays on the plastic and allows the paint to stick better.

I am working on another project that I hope will be formed in RED. Then, I will offer them but I do not even have a guesstimate as to shen this might happen.
We have snot green plastic...LOL
and theres some gray too

Check with Rip Rook and see if he can sell you just a tail pipe.

Personally, I'm going to fab my own, just a couple of 45s, a 90, and maybe a 67. All from a local truck parts store, very nice aluminized, mandrel bent.
