DDp makes a very good injector. For towing maybe a stage 2 would work good.

Bargain wise

or if you are on a budget, go with a PDR 370 injector, for 400 bucks a set, that aint too bad...

PDR 370's are a good bargain(see sig). But if he is looking for the best injector there are better one. I didn't recomend them because I think they might get pretty toasty while towing.

I run a 14cm and it helps

now i can speak from experience tho, I pulled cattle today with my truck for the first time at 16.5 degrees, My EGTs run cooler as well, its a tradeoff, i did lose some power on low end, but nothing that 370s wont fix... that 16cm housing you have will reduce your egts as well, just make sure u bump ur timing too. Im runnin a stock 35 with a 14cm housing...

Yep, timing helps alot. Another suggestion is to look into a GSK if you don't have one. This will help the truck alot and is a noticable differance, also helps towing.

Id definately suggest gettin the GSK

a 4K kit is best, get it from garrett at www.blackclouddieselperformance.com, good guy and great customer service. If your truck is a 1997 and manual, you are already running 181 dv's stock, you might just need the better injectors and that larger housing, with an advanced timing, and you will be fine. Right now at 16.5 im runnin stock injectors, but i set it at what it is cause 370's will be in soon, and i mean real soon.... Wastegate doesnt really matter, id jsut go with the one on the turbo, you really dont need a wastegated housing unless you do a massive single or twins..

GSK deffinently a good idea. I don't think you need delivery valves yet. With the stock turbo EGT's would be crazy. Down the road if you go with a bigger turbo then the delivery valves might be good to use. Truck in my sig has them and even with the B-1 it can still heat up. Now withthe water and meth it is a totally different stoy EGT's not a problem
