Funny enough but we do have some ford customers there. We helped to outfit a few special ops Excursions with chips and exhaust. Sory no twin customers though. When you get home I would be more than happy to try and line up a ride for you.

Once the wastegate starts to open then you get into the negative delta p pressure which causes the drive pressure to rise. If you keep that wastegate closed and still have enough fuel to drive the chargers then higher horsepower readings wont be a problem. We have done 600+ here on our dyno on #2 and egts were 1275deg. One thing to remember is every dyno is going to be run at different atmospheric conditions which is going to affect the overall numbers. Our dyno also seems to usually read a little low compared to other dynos.

So you guarantee they will support 600rwhp with out egts over 1400?

Any time you want to go for a drive in our truck you are welcome to it. Now if you lugged the motor way down you might be able to make that temp, but if you drive it the way they are supposed to be driven you should have no problems.

Hey buddy, if you guys give me a RMA number on my purchase I will actually try them. If they are better than mine, I will say that. Pat, You know me, I will call you and buy your product. I will say my mind on what I think. I'm not a bd luver, but I could be converted back. But man you guys have to do alot of work. I'm not impressed with your 130 and 155 injectors. Heck, there about the worst that I've driven period. The idle miss is even worse than the duramax miss that my brother has in his 05. I have to save money for some smaller mach injectors. I can't even see your injectors making the power you've rated them at. I've bought a set of your old 90's (XXX), and they worked well. These 155's, they will make power, but nothing over the 550rwhp mark. They are way down from my mach 6'ers. The BD hardly smoke, yes, the egt's are down, yes but so is the power.

Wow, maybe I'll just buy a set of twin turbos from every manufacture out there and see which works best.

155hp vs 220hp? I think you are comparing apples and oranges. I've run both and of course the M6's have better power, but for a 150hp injector, I had no problems with the BD's. I towed great with the BD's and zero egt isssues. I think the BD injectors definitely have their place.

I still think that the big injectors like the mach 6 is too big for towing twins. To make a statement that twins will work for truck over 600rwhp, with no egt's issues. I would be supprised. I didn't like the idle quality of the BD injectors that I've run. I also felt that the injectors made the truck more sluggish and less throttle responsive. Yes, I know that the 220 rating to a 155 rating explains the difference. I wish that I had more money to try everyone turbos to injectors. So if you try out the BD twins, so what do you return them on. I'm sure that I will like them, as they work well. I sure will miss the top end power rush that mine give. The BD twins would work great with mach 4's and would make for a pretty hot do all street truck.

You may be right, I don't know yet. I've only pulled about 5-6000 lbs with them. No issues there. My thoughts are I'll be able to turn the boxes down or off and still have a formidable towing combination.

Yep, that is Rowland Johnson's truck. He's got a pretty quick truck (12.7 1/4mile) and strong on the dyno at 600+. He feels like he's got more to get out of it in the 1/4 mile too.

all bickering aside, the bds are obviously a well made product with a good warranty. They are well balanced for the street and towing and the price cannot be beat. But they will not run with a set of piers street twins, and the race set?no way. When I start seeing a BD truck making 700 plus on fuel then I will start looking at them too.Lets see the s400 set !!!!!!

Marine buddy, when you get back from over there go and visit the Vancouver area. Try both the BD truck and the PDR truck out. You can be the honest voice in this issue. I found out why my turbo feel so laggy, I found a nice little rock dent in my intercooler. I guess I have to buy a PDR intercooler to fix this issue. I don't think that BD sells one.
