Power and banks is an oxymoron.

The problem with Banks is they have deep deep pockets. They advertise like crazy and have their name on anything diesel seen widespread by the public. They have been doing this for a long time now and have gotten themselves set in as THE aftermarket "performance" diesel guys.

Think air filters.....what is the first air filter that will normally pop into a somewhat novice gear head's brain....K&N. Banks has done the same thing in with diesel performance.

Got to hand it to them though, their advertising department has earned their pay, but their electronics designers sure as heck didn't.

Banks hardparts are actually quite good, like their exhaust systems, brakes, and other replacement parts. I don't think their air ram thing really does anything though. Their boxes are junk!

I sure wish someone from Banks would stumble across this thread, but they would probably just laugh and say another newbie is buying their Powerjunk bundle.
