As some of you know I recently acquired a B1KS. I installed it today and I must say that it is an unbelieveable turbo! Its absolutely amazing how fast it spools it flat out spools my PDR 40 hands down with no question. My EGT's are easily 100 Degreese cooler on the initaial EGT spike my PDR 40 hit 1500+ this B1 is 1400 Even and then starts to pull em back even more to settle around the 1300 Mark I was very amazed with this. Installation is a snap and took 1.5 hours taking it easy. This turbo with my fueling mods makes about 48 PSI under WOT in OD with my DTT trans it makes about 42-44 WOT in frist, second and third. I am very pleased with this turbo and its lightning fast spoolup its amazing! For the 450 + HP crowd IMO its a must!

 

Jamie, I told you that 8 months ago. Now try John Russin injectors. you'll have to buy a 2000* pyro to keep an eye on the heat. Try the 8X11s you'll be suprised.

I also wanted to add that I have noticed conciderably more bottom end puch or grunt to the truck. It seems to want to pull alot harder off the line then ever before.

By the way wildman if you read this whats my HP level estimated at? Anyone know of a spot to dyno my truck in my area?

LOL Don should be good for any ricer event then. I want to sit right on 500 at the wheels what is needed from your experience to make that happen on my truck? I would like to also keep the B1KS as my single charger doing it all!

 

Put the HX40 back on LOL!!! Seriously...a wastegate...divorced and slightly larger injectors...of course it may smoke a tad more for 500.
