aux lighting

i am hooking up some aux driving lights and want to be able to turn them off with the high beam dimmer switch. [high beam on driving lights on] . when the lights are off the relay is buzzing because of the daytime lights being on. has anyone done this without disconnecting the DTR. there is some info on line but it realy dosn;t address this ground switch system. the chevs that i have owned ,i did this and did'nt have a problem ,even with the DTR .

Re:aux lighting

How about doing it backwards. Instead of the low beams turning on the relay let the high beams shut it off. that would be a different circuit than the daytime lights.
