hey yall havent been on here in a while but i have a 2001 dodge ram 3500 4x4 with an auto and it going out and i want to put a 5 spd in it my friend has a 2001 2500 4x4 5spd that was rolled but all the drive train is still good and i can get it at a really good price for a parts truck but i was wanting to know what all i need to change to get this swap going as far as computers,back up lights and drive shafts, cross members?and will all of the stuff bolt right up or any fabrication needed any help to do this would be really great my biggest concern is the tcm and ecm thanks guys

 

does anyone have a parts list of all the things i got to swap to do this??
