the new turbo from ats is way cool. I added the three peice coated manifold and aurora 3000 turbo to my cummins. it also has injectors from don m and a comp box plus other things. Neway it runs hard and stays cool with not too much lag. the way it sounds is the coolest part. kinda like an air plane. the only problem is that there is no waste gate and i have a stock head gasket. the boost is about 45 psi no problem but needless to say i'm worried about blowing it out. just wanted to say that is super cool and i have no complaints....yet.....

 

I think you're the first person I've ever seen post about using this turbo!

You got the bigger version, right? The one for 450+hp? How is it in the altitude?

How is the spoolup compared to what you before? Did you have the stock charger before?

the alt here in albubuerque is just over a mile high. I was running the stock tc before.the boost lag is just a little longer than stock but well worth the wait . keep asking me que stions because I searched around and I didnt find any body else with this turbo. STILL, WAY COOL...

Sounds interesting -

I would like to know if you are pulling any trailers (include weight) up grades and what are the EGTs you are seeing at different levels of boost and rpm.

"only problem is that there is no waste gate" How big is the housing 16cm, or?
