anyone recommend 3" lift front springs?

Im trying to find a good source for springs. I want to lift the front 3" but dont want to use spacers. I know Thuren can source them for something like 400$ a set but Id like to shop around a little since Im so broke nowadays.
Ill probably also want rear leaf mini-packs to raise things a little in the back too.
Anyone know if a dropped pitman is needed at 3" lift?

I would take a look at skyjacker or something like that and see what they sell with their 3" lift, ie what comes in the lift. Or call them and let them know what you have and what you want to do with your truck. I have the 5", I know that doesn't help you much, but that is what I would do.

2-2 1/2" lift - around $130:

http://www.customsuspension.com/stor....php/cPath/249

And they are good springs.

If you want great springs check here:

http://www.coilsprings.com/

But they are a little more money.

Skyjacker D25's tend to sag under the weight of these engines farily quickly.

I called the second one a couple weeks ago and their price was 2 times the first one. They appear to be the same spring. I also had sky jacker D25's. They were good at first but began to sag and after a while began to feel loose.

Quality does not come cheap. I believe those guys supply spring for some of the top quality lift kits on the market.

CSS did the original design/engineering for Kore. Kore then went to another source for manufacturing.

Be sure to talk to Mike at Huskyspring.com, tell him Garrett sent you... He's the only guy I buy springs from.

Has anyone ordered springs from customsuspension.com? I hit my bump stops going over speed bumps occasionally. It feels like the stock spring rate is not quite enough to support the weight of the Cummins.

Also, I want to level my truck but have no desire to use spacers.
