Anyone else's do this?

So my tranny is going...going...and all but gone. So I've been playing around with it before it gets a new one.

With o/d off, I can lock up at like 26 mph. Is this normal? it's kinda nice for driving around town. With o/d on it locks at like 40 or 50 (if ever).

Anyone else's truck doing this?

TIA,
Matt
p.s. I haven't put a lock up switch in or done anything else goofey.

That is totally normal , mine locks at 30 mph ( depending on pedal position) with O/D off , and at about 55 with O/D on (again depending on pedal position)
