Annoyed

alright im getting annoyed...i keep gettin a check engine light because that map sensor voltage is to low constantly i delete it with my smarty and then i hit the highway and with in a few min its back on im wondering if it has something to do with the drag comp but i dunno i was wondering if anyone else has had this happened. Also it seems like its missing at about half throttle accelerating i blew the head gasket in nine places and broke and injector before and it missed horribly at an idle and and felt the same under half and full throttle...its not missing at idle but feels messed up at half throttle no where else... and ideas. its still got power it will slip a ceramic/ceramic valair with a hydrolic kit like its not even there with just the smarty and motor sorry if i was kinda rambling on but thanks ahead of time for the input

Unplug the map sensor & see if it changes. The Drag will keep it from throwing codes. My brother had 0253 code that kept coming back, turned out to be cold weather issue. Didn't do it at temps above 40*. About a year later the ecm went dead.
