I know they make these for the 2002 1500 and 2003 2500 trucks but why not ours? Has anyone modified these to work on our trucks? I really want these for my truck. I dont like the single kodiak steps, so they are not a option. I really dont want running boards or side bars. Any help would be appreciated

 

I e-mailed them about a year ago and they said that they had no plans to make them for the 2nd gens.

 

I did the same thing and got the same repsonse. I was just wondering if the ones for the 3rd gens could be made to fit our trucks? Its a big risk at 1300 to see if they can be made to fit

 

Find someone, like me if you're local, who has them and take a good look and measure. I imagine you could make them work but you have to decide if it's worth the time, effort and expense, and if it's within your comfort level of experience.

You're right about that! I still get comments from folks asking to see them work. Plus they make it a lot easier for thte wife and our friend, who has an artificial leg, get in and out.
