Airdog.

I know that this may sound simple but it happened with mine. I had to fill my water seperator with diesel in order to get the pump to suck gas.

I had a world of problems and I'm not so sure you will get a lot of help from customer support or at least I didn't. I first installed the unit as directed by hooking up the suction line to the arrow line out with the existing lift pump in place. Well this worked okay till the tank got between 1/2 & 1/4 tank then it ran out of fuel. While this was going on the pump return line which was spliced into the fill neck hose was causing so much pressure in the tank the screw on cap on the lift pump was leaking fuel. So I dropped the tank and installed the Fass draw tube (stainless steel) and it will suck the tank dry now. I still have the pressure problem and I'm thinking that I need to back off the pressure, to do this I will have to buy a gauge and rig it up some how. I sure hate to cut the factory made connections to splice the hose. I may install a Tee direct to the pump housing so I can plug in a gauge and later plug in a pressure drop warning light after I adjust the pump pressure down. I don't know the ideal pressure but I figure that if it came set at 15 psi that 8 psi with the truck running should be plenty. If there is anyone out there reading this and have any suggestions and or experienced this problem let me know what you did to solve it.
Thanks, Danny
