Which aftermarket exhaust's tailpipe section matches the angles of the stock tailpipe section?

I'm not really sure on the aftermarket systems, but you could always cut the stock tip off at an appropriate location and weld it onto the new system if you want the stock look.

no one makes the same. I would say 99% of the aftermarket companies go with a 4" pipe and they all approach the end different.

I dont think there is a way to get a 4 or 5 inch pipe to bend that tight with all the turns it does back there.

I just want the tip to point to the same spot as the stock tip. A little bit down and a little bit to the rear.

If you buy a tip that's an inch bigger than your present pipe even though the tip is straight it can be aimed the direction you want easily.
It won't have the smooth curve but won't look noticeable either.

if you get a 4 inch exhaust system just cut that tail pipe off were it is 4 inches at. then weld it on.as long as the system you buy is at about the same angle you can just put that tip on it

i know this is old... but.. summit racing has individual tailpipe sections by diamond eye for purchase... you can refer to diamond eye's web site for part numbers and search for them on summit's site..... I just ordered a 5" tailpipe part numbers 141005 & 141006... they show up as ford part numbers, but diamond eye usues the same piece for both ford and dodge tailpipes... fyi

Thanks for the additional info. It never ceases to amaze me how many trucks out there have the tailpipe section a foot off the ground right behind the tire. Apparently the driver isn't worried about getting it torn off.

Regarding my use of the word "tip". I should have been saying "tailpipe section".

Backing her mom's Camry out of the garage my 15 year old daughter caught the front bumper on my 4" tip that wasn't sticking out much at all.
Didn't do anything noticeable to the tip but nearly ripped the entire bumper off the Toyota.
My god, they make the bumpers on those things out of plastic covered styrofoam.

My MBRP is pretty much stock looking. I hung the system on loosely then stuck a 2X4 in the tailpipe to block it where I wanted it, then tightened everything down.

Lastly I cut the tailpipe back 2.5 inches and put the 5" tip on.

It doesn't hang down or stick out, but I do get some soot wash on the lower rear fender.

Just my .02
