Anyone compare the mega cannon with Scotty II in "hush" mode (no firewall hole)?

I'm looking to maximize cool air intake and minimize noise. Was thinking about installing the Scotty II without a saw but will the mega cannon do better at reducing EGTs?

What about noise for the mega cannon?

BTW, EGTs will be a problem for me when I put DD II's in and keep my stock exhaust (!). and yes I do care about noise so any recommdations on exhaust systems that are both effective and quiet would be helpful.

Hey Rob, I don't want to take this thread off track, but tell us about the filtration system you got hanging off the left fender there. Is that a standard Fleetguard filter with a bypass alongside?
