AEM / custom intake
hey guys. i've been using the bhaf for a couple of years now, and its about time to change it again.
i'm thinking about going with an aem dryflow filter and maybe building a custom intake box for it. i like the bhaf, but figured i would just have to buy the cleaning stuff for the aem once a year instead of a new fiter.
any thoughts/pics??
thanks

Check with Hump in 3rd Gens.
He is running the AEM dryflow filter with a modified intake tube.
The turbo noise is even better with the AEM on there
Anways, the AEM seems to be definately worth it. IMHO, I would much rather spend the money on the recharge kit as opposed to buying a new BHAF for $50+ every time you need a replacement.
Just something to think about.
Hope this helps.
