Adrenaline or Injectors

Well I recently put on the BD Super B and now I feel I need more for my 2001 it is a towaholic so keep that in mind I am torn between the adrenaline or larger injectors say 110 DD or mach 2 will larger sticks hurt/help economy? will the adrenaline? I really like the adrenaline features such as the TT and the on the fly change ability, but not sure about taping the pump opinions appreciated also will it work well with the RV 275 I have now Thanks in advance

If you dont want to tap the pump get injectors. If you want to go from there then get the Adrenaline. You could get something smaller like an edge EZ to go with the injectors for now. Then decide later if you want more power when not towing.

There are pros and cons to each way.

For less money you can get some decent sized injectors. The problem is being able to use the extra power. If you start going up in injector sizes you will also go up in EGT. More fuel = More power = More heat.

The Adrenaline will still work without tapping the pump wire. It will be more like your Smarty in performance but, it will gain you a TT, High Idle, warm up protection, EGT de-fueling and a timing only/fuel mileage setting.

In reality if you start with the electronics it makes for a better base to add injectors to later.

Well well first off lets say I am a new Adrenaline junkie I have only had it on for about 24 hours and all I can say is OHHHYEAHHH!!!! This thing will make a 1 ton move! A few quick questions in pl00 will I get boost fooling? Also with the other PL numbers are any geared toward trucks with autos or manuals? I tow alot will the agressive tunes be a benifit will they change pl01 and pl02 or just pl03 and up. I see the tunes are updated and I will loose the tt kill via brake pedal if I update and I really dig it the way it is. I have not towed with my new found power and I cant wait!! I will give a review when I do. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you will have boost fooling with the box in the pl00 positions.. You can update.. just choose the file that has the options you are looking for... Not sure if it has changed.. but I think PL01 is economy setting... Power goes up from there...
You should really get the Pulse... I know it seems redunant with already having gauges.. but there are just so many options with it.. you can set all (or all I can think of ) options from the Display.. Plus it will log the highest and lowest of each data points, performance times.. 0-60.. 1/4 mile times.. plus look at lots of broadcast data points...
Good Luck...
