my new turbo has the wastegate set at about 42 psi. I'd like to have it blow off at 50. how do I adjust the waste gate. the wastegate has a rod and it looks like the ones on the htt line of turbos?

also anyone with mitre cuts have any advice on how to keep water out. we got a little rain last night and I started my truck this morning..... lets just say It had to be washed
