That link is for 24 valve is it the same for a 12 valve?

Alright I got a question. I just checked mine and are all the pieces where it meets the y bridge thing supposed to be loose? Or should they be rigid?

 

Everything is loose in there. They might be stuck together with oil, but just press them apart. If you ever take them apart, you'll see that the bridges just sit on top of the valves, and the rockers keep them from flying out.
