I'm not sure this is the best place to ask....
Sunday, November 16, on Autoweek, there was a segment about running a vehicle on 'water'- that it is a scam, etc.
I would like to pull up that article online, so a friend can read it- I can find the magazine online, and some tv shows, but not Nov 16.
Can anyone help me find that show/segment?
I don't want to get into any discussion about whether it is a scam, or not- I just want to pull up the article.
Also- any Government testing results would be good.
