What would I need to do to build it to 500 or so HP? First time building a 5.9 know a how to rebuild one but don't know how or what to do to build one to 500 HP only thing I know is I'll need gauges

this is how i got it, Mind u my truck is a manual and came with a 215 pump.

16.5 degree timing
AFC full forward
Starwheel completely loose
100 fuel plate full forward
191 DV's
HX 35 over an S400 turbo
370 marine injectors
AFE intake
4K RPM GSK
Crossdrilled wastegate for gating all six cylinders..

Now thats just one way that works, others will chime in for sure with big singles and other high HP 12V's They all need the same things to get those numbers, fuel and air.. But heres another way to get it done easily

Big single turbo, SPS 62 or larger
higher timing
AFC and starwheel tuning
Fuel plate change, 10 or better plate
AFE intake
Exhaust
4K RPM kit
Good injectors, Hot Rod 370s or DDP4's

that should getcha close assuming ur tranny is gonna hold..
