My truck is currently setup with the "T-Style" steering. I have been reading many posts about people adjusting the lower control arm cams to achieve more caster (generally a good thing with these trucks).

My conversion and steering upgrades are finally done! The truck steers and brakes so much better than stock. For those of you who are curious about final touches, I found that a 4-3/8" hole saw is the perfect size for opening up my hubcap (3rd gen style). The final results look OEM style and gives a clean appearance. I am very happy with the results and would recommend this mod to anyone who wants better braking, serviceable bearings, and a lighter steering feel.

After a few months are you still happy with everything? Anything to report or things you would have done differently?

I am still very happy with the conversion. No problems at all since the installation. If someone else wanted to do this conversion, I recommend finding a complete F350 dana60 axle like I did.

- 78-97 D50/60 hubs and spindles (re-drill spindle to 4-bolt unit bearing pattern)

If you want to go 35 spline and CAD delete:
- 99-04 superduty long side axle (~3/8" short of ideal, but works)
- 78-79 F350 short side axle (trim ~1/4")

Big brakes.... put on complete 95-97 F350 outers. Rotor is 1/2" larger OD, and dual piston calipers. Otherwise, you can look at Speedhouse or Torq for ideas using 14" rotors.
does the f350 dually hubs and knuckles work for the cad delete 35 spline swap

Never did a knuckle swap myself, but that apparently works too. Big thread on it here

Drw vs srw hubs should not matter.
