4WD light.......

Mine isnt working?!?! The transfer case is engaging but the front wheels arent pulling and the 4WD light doesnt come on anyone got any ideas?

I think hteres a vacuum line that engages the 4x4 at the transfer case...have a look to see if any lines are hanging.<br><br>Don't quote me on this but I recall someone mentioning this.<br><br>Scotty busted head gasket. :

ok i checked and there are no hoses hanging everything seems to be connected! Well actually there is a hose hanging it looks about 1&quot; in diameter and looks like it may be clear but has a lot of oily or greasy stuff on it?!?!

Also check any hoses that connect to the front axle for rottenness, cracks, tears, mildew, dry rot, etc.<br><br>That hose you found sounds like the crankcase breather or fuel filter drain hose.<br><br><br>phox
