i got a 4000 rpm kit for my 95 5spd and while i dont plan on running in the high rpms id like to know if the stock engine internals are good for it. i also have 60lbs springs for that but im talking stuff like rods cams etc....engine hardware

Yes, its ok. There are pullers spinning 5k+ on the stock short block. It will likely shorten the life, but not by anything major. If you get half the life span of a typical cummins, you're still looking at 250k miles out of it.
