what you guys paint them with?? I used high heat engine paint gloss.....not so glossy after a scrap metal run to the junk yard. Always smellin the paint heating up. Thought about high heat powder coat but a experienced powder coater said it would probably soften.

Anyhow, what'd ya use to paint it?

Looks real good by the way!!!

Looks good. I like the bracket on the splitter. Looks sturdy. I don't think I've ever seen 4 inch stacks. The black makes them look bigger.

Thanks guys! I think they turned out well too... I used Duplicolor's engine enamel. Its rated for 500 degree. Black, and the finish is Semi-gloss. I wouldnt paint mine personally, but its what the owner of the truck wanted!

Another note to mention - they smoke equally too... I used a little of my magic to get them tuned right, so the pass. side doesnt get all the smoke!

500 degree, he got any mods? He'll be smelling paint to!! I pulled a hill at around 1200 on my egt, that stuff was cookin on those stacks!! Mostly down low, then the upper part towards the front is the bug catcher....glory of painted stacks...go to the zone and get some fresh paint!!!

Nice clean install. Personally not my choice as I still use my truck as a truck. With stacks I would be limited as to what I could haul.
