3kgsk#10 in a 160pump?

I was looking on the tst site and under their 3kgsk kit it says they only reccomend use with the #4plate in 160, 175, 180hp engines or #10 in 215hp. Also on their site the fuel plates for a 94-95 auto 160hp motor a #6 plate has the only rating. Can i run a #10 with 3kgsk in a 160hp pump. I thout i clould but wondering why tst site said this??

Can you? Yep
Will it hurt a stock trans? Thats up to you. They have liability reasons for their recomendations and if you put it in and wipe out your stock auto due to their recomendations well... get the picture? Excuse me while I sign my disclaimer....Yes you can do it and yes you will like it

Ignore TST's recommendations.
Both my '95s have #10 and 3k GSK and over 200k miles on them.
How long your tranny lasts depends on how you drive.
