If i install a 3k kit on my 98 12v do i need to change anything else like valve springs

 

If I remember right the stock valve springs are good for about 3400rpms.

I was told by someone one here that for whatever reason, the 1998 12v's have similar rate springs to what you'd find with what comes with the 4k GSK.. But I'm not claiming to be positive on this...

But yeah, run it!
