3gsk in... now what?
So what's next? Injectors or Turbo? 215s? 370s? HX40? What power level do you think I am at and what should be my next step? And for those who are going to scream "tranny"... I'll break the one I have so I can justify a built one with the old lady.
If you add more fuel right now and no more air you are going to be running hot as heck, if you aren't already. I'm sure you can hit 40psi on the hx35 and that is nothing but hot air at that boost pressure. I would add a 62/14 turbo or similiar, dv's and then maybe injectors. Others will comment I'm sure.
Shooter-d:
It's of process of air and fuel. The #0 plate will add some fuel but not enough to spin a 62/14, maybe not even enough for a 62/12 HTB2. A 35/40 yes, but then you will outgrow that.
Make sure your truck breaths right then add the fuel. Good air filter, exhaust and then you can take the injection pump off, have it recalibrated and then add some 191 DV's and injectors. Then, you will need the turbo and your tranny will have gone South long before it.
If I had to do it over again, I would do the tranny first and right the first time (talk to Goerend's). Then add the power. The other way around just makes it more expensive to rebuilt the tranny.
If you are looking for fuel then the DV's and injectors. If you want to get it to the ground, then the tranny. And look, I didn't even scream

if no towing you could go with a small 62/14 like the phat shaft or the htb2 if you can stand a little lag. if you want quick spool then go with the 62/12 from either II or HTT and will be a better turbo with the auto. since you dont seem like you wanna go to big, go with a smaller stick like the DDP 2's for a clean burn or you could go with the new era 370's or even some stock 215's and 181 DVs
