370s+100 plate+Dodgezilla = High EGTs?

Hello all..I've found a good deal on a dodgezilla with a 16cm nonwasted housing and some 370s and am planning on grinding my stocker to a #100 plate..at the same time im planning on installing my pyro gauge while the turbo is off..I'm a little apprehensive though because the 370s are A LOT of fuel and so is a #100 plate. I do a little towing and am thinking that maybe for a #100 and 370s I will need a bigger turbo than the hybrid can deliver.. thanks in advance!
I know I will need a clutch too..I'm saving my pennies and am thinking of getting the Con OFE..

Till you get a good clutch, I'd slide the plate to full rear, and maybe put the AFC housing there too, if the #100 and 370s go in together. After clutch, slide the plate ahead a little at a time to see what happens with the EGTs. Slide the AFC to about center, and see what happens. I suspect you may need more turbo if you get crazy or tow heavy.

Well a 100plate(forward) and 370's, with 181's in my little 160pump and a HX40/16 I could pretty much peg the pyro at will. So I think you'll have the same problem with a dodgezilla. I did run the same setup with a factory HX35/12 and you could drive around the heat, but you could see 1600* in a a heartbeat.

a 100 plate will smoke a stock clutch at half throttle and added with 370's you'll slip it at 1/4 throttle. believe me i've been there and i just installed 370's in my friends truck today with the same results.

i have this system in my 82 auto. with all slipping clutches i hear about with just a little power increase i guess i will stick to my auto. aint slipped yet. that may change when i install a tighter converter though.

what do you define as towing heavy?
I was thinking of going conservative even after I get the clutch - the #10 & 370s seems like a better combo. I can do a #100 if I decide to go crazy but I was thinking that I would need more turbo anyway...probably a HTB2 which is out of my budget and then I would want to do head studs, fire rings etc, if I decided to go the bigger turbo route...I have heard nothing but good things about the HTBs though!!
It almost seems like I would be doing the same thing with the #100 plate and stock injectors that I would be doing with a #10 & 370s...does that make sense? Thanks for all of your help so far guys!!
For now I guess I'll go ahead and purchase the dodgezilla & the PDR370s..
