Nope, Only the later models. No speed limiter of any kind on a 99.I'm turning 102 mph in the 1/4 mile on fuel only. It will go well past that.

I regularly drive mine at 118, pulling a 5ver RV or flat deck.......... 118 KPH that is.. (when the limit is 110 KPH.)

83 mph, in drive, tc locked up but it does slip a little, 3250 rpm. For some reason, overdrive doesn't work

My top speed is 85 mph. It's lame but unless I'm at the strip it's too risky!

237 mph.

Un-powered. Nose-down. Free fall.

Years ago I was dead-heading on an Air National Guard cargo flight over Alaska when they lost two palettes and a new 1998 Dodge CTD 2500 off the open ramp at about 15K feet. Oops.

Someone did an estimate on the terminal velocity of the Dodge in a nose-dive (minimal deflection and drag) - V_t= \sqrt{\frac{2mg}{\rho A C_d }} - and came up with 237 mph.
