Thought it was 117 mph??
With a BD RAD (Speed Controller) I have hit 120 at an NHRA track with a 1/2 mile run out. Just stayed in it past the 1/4 mile pole. Was still pulling well but I thought of tires and backed down!
I'm sure mine is no different than others, in that at higher speeds... say above 90 mph... my CTD is a very stable platform!

Just restrict trying it to the track..... and solo only!

I've had my dually up to 180 km/h (110 mph), at that point its was a pretty hairy ride, they really bounce at speed. That the only time I've had either of my trucks up that fast. That was when I was testing how hot the truck would get with the new turbo. HRVP, 80hp sticks and a Smarty wouldn't break 1300 degrees with the 62/71.

I suspect a Dually is a whole different animal at that speed .... but I revised my post above to read "my CTD is is a very stable platform"!
And I like reporting kilometers better! I can say I tried going 200 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great attitude. I just love people like you, you make my day a lot more fun.

132 with the old programmer. I don't know what it will do with the Adrenaline. And I agree with RowJ. My truck is very stable at that high of speeds.

I don't think it's the stability, but how fast can we stop a 7k lb truck? That'd be the biggest issue if we had to.

That being said, on a test track with my new injectors I hit 115 fairly easy, looked down and imagine that I'm going pretty fast.

IIRC only the 01-02 had the speed limiter.

No Idea on the 95 ...but the 06 will go from 65 to 100...like 1 sec per 5 mph...
you know 65,70,75,80....you get the idea.if you floor it to pass you have to watch your speed and keep it legal....

P.S faster than a NEW chevy that's for sure ..he he

Don't think I've ever had mine over the 95MPH or so it hits in the 1/4 mile, too scared to go to jail, blow a tire, or kill someone by accident to go fast on public roads.

I had a 96 w/ v10 and auto that went 110 and thats all it had. It was a little tired at 180k. My 99 I don't think I've gone past 100, and it got there a lot quicker than I thought it would.

115 no matter what tire size so it was the speed limiter that was controlling.... But you didn't hear it from me.....
