Can somebody with a similar truck give me a real-life example of how these injectors will perform over stock (speeds climbing hills, etc) for towing purposes only. I have a Van Aaken smartbox. Thank you

 

I have an EZ, and they made a fair difference, with a little more smoke.
However, I suggest you go to the Mach 1.6 for towing. This is what I will be doing.

What would the difference be between 1.6's and 275's then, besides $250? I do want to keep the clutch I have. It is in good shape, but I don't know what it is. And does anybody have instructions for installing the connector tubes in early 98.5's or is it fairly obvious?

 

The 1.6's are 90 hp. The RV 275's are 40 hp.
I'll sell you my 275's for 325.00 if you like. They are not rebuilt ones. I have about 6000 miles on them. It will give me the excuse to get the 1.6's.
