I saw a few people on here talking about putting 2 stroke oil in there fuel. Will this hurt any thing, how much should I put per gallon and will it make more smoke ? Thanx,

Paul

nt sure about the smoke but it helps lube the pumps, the fuel nowodays has very low sulphur content so adding some 2 cycle oil gives it more sulpher,i mix it 100/1 not sure if its to much or not but it must not hurt anything as ive been doing it for years now.

So ya'll are using two-stroke oil like what I would run in my YZ250? Or is it the stuff you would run in a chainsaw or weedeater?

Talking

not sure if one brand is better than another but i use esso 2 cycle mix cause when i fill up i get a coupon for 3 bucks to be used in the store so for every fill i get a free bottle of oil.old truckers swear by it,sulpher baby we want more sulpher,i wish there was scientific proof that the ulsd{ultra low sulpher diesel}is causing pump problems.up here in canada we still have 500 ppm sulpher content fuel but thier changing it this fall, ill be adding more oil.also i read up a bit on cetaine.its suposed to help lube as well
