2" body lift on 2WD???

I have heard there is an issue with puting body lifts on our trucks. What issues would I run into puting a 2" body lift on my truck?

The reason for this is that I have done the 2" over-stock springs, but I still need a little clearance for my 285s in the wheel well (rubbing on the plastic inserts).

Thanks in advance!

Drill 2 holes in the plastic liner front or rear, run 1 zip tie through it, tie another zip tie into it and then back to the body and cinch it away. It worked for me on the front and rear of the inner fender, I'm running 295's no rubbing.

I've had to cut the liners away and they are still rubbing. In fact, the tire hits the sheet metal inside the fender when I hit a bump.

I put 285/70/17's and they don't rub lock to lock or anywhere inbetween.
