Excellent instructions, about 2 hrs. New crank seal, rtv, bolt, tab, locktight, instructions etc....

This kit allows you to tighten the bolts behind the main crank also, not just he kdp problem. As the bolts have been known to work loose also.

I got my 3k springs from tstproducts.com, it had good instructions that came with the kit.

Any diesel shop sells the springs, but most don't come with instructions.

 

100 won't hurt, in fact its a clutch/auto/drivetrain saver as it ramps slower.

FYI-
This is a full forward #100 plate while waiting for the turbo to spool. Truck also has a 4KGSK.

 

installed the #10 plate last night went pretty good but i didt have the guide plate so im playing around with it . dont notice any power gain maybe cause i have 35" tires on it ?

 

Do you have anything to help increase boost pressure to work with the extra fuel?? If not your gonna have more smoke and higher egt's but not much more power. TST boost elbow, sumthin like that
