100 won't hurt, in fact its a clutch/auto/drivetrain saver as it ramps slower.
The 0 and 100 are full fuel on the top end.
I run a 0 and run empty 97% of the time. No probs here at all.
Your foot is the fuel, ie. your in control not the plate.
0 gives you the option of having full fuel at any time you need it.
The 10 has slow ramp up and slow ramp defuel. ie. good for towing.
I tried 6, 10, 0 plates on the dyno. Same setup below. My vote for the 0.
100 if you don't like that much low end smoke.
Depending on position, a stock clutch will not hold long.
EGT's kills motors, not plates. Believe me you won't hurt the motor if you watch your gauges and drive sensibly.
You'll just hurt your wallet, as you'll want more bombing done later.
#6 395 hp Dynojet
#10 389 hp Dynojet
#0 411 hp Dynojet
#0 432 hp Load Based Dyno

Oh, if you tow heavy, I have a Valet valve, reduces my HP from 430+ to 290 hp, really nice to have. But haven't used it yet... I got 290 on a load dyno. It basically takes the plate out of the HP equation.

You problably need to fill in your signature to help us better identify what you already have...
Are you on stock injectors and turbo? Any other mods besides intake/exhaust?
Unburnt fuel? we'll if your smoke screw is stock and everything else is stock,
problably not much, if more or less a puff under a good luggy pull.
Stock turbo is pretty quick to spool and cleans up pretty quick on a stock setup, even with a mild plate.
With my #6, stock inj, and stock turbo, I got a good puff off the line, but thats it, and thats all I wanted, I wanted all the power to the ground, not out of the tailpipe.
On stock inj/turbo, i pushed the #6 forward, afc forward, starwheel loose, puff got bigger, but thats about it.
If your lookn to smoke out tailgators, you really need bigger injectors and delivery valves period.

Then second its all about how heavy the foot is. The faster/harder you push it, the hotter things get.

in the smaller pumps the plates don't really do as much as they do in the 215 pump. I didnt' notice much difference between a 10 and 100. U have the 215 pump, so a plate will react alot more, so i'd start with a 10 and then do a 100 if u want and if ur clutch is ok.

Since you don't have the 3k springs, you'll never see the full potential of the 100 or 0. Since your pretty stock, the #10 would be my pick, it has alot of range, slid forward or backward.
Reminder to look at the hp chart.

I was told 275 hp was the stock limit on a fairly good clutch. A little worn, she won't hold 330/750 as seen on this chart.
You may need to test it at first and adjust from there.
Anytime you adjust the plate beyond the factory setting, you need to adjust the governor arm. Most plates are meant to replace the current plate in the exact position.

The starwheel loose will get you the smoke down low, plus help spool the turbo faster.
Have you killed your dowel pin? Make sure to do this before anything.
