Yet another Chronic DUI driver free to re-offend
This happened in my area a couple of nights ago.
Why was this idiot not in jail to begin with??? ( Wouldn't you just love to smack that smirk off his face )

the way system is set up these people get to stay in jail for free and get an education while everybody else works and pays for them to set there. Im a firm believer in the eye for an eye policy. thats the way I work
