Maybe I need to go wax my truck. We haven't had any significant rainfall since August (2" total since then).

Congratulations BigBlue! I don't think we've had a day that it hasn't rained, at least a little, in months.

It never fails for me. Last time I did this I spent 6 hours washing, clay barring, waxing, polishing, and detailing my truck and it ends up pouring on it the next day. Come to think of it I want to say that was one of the last times we had rain. Hmmm......

So apparently you're the rainmaker, not my sister. Normally whenever she washes her truck it rains in the next couple of days. So she washed it a couple of weekends ago and we got nothing. You guys must have been on the same schedule up to that point.

So Blue, when can you come up to east central OK and wax my truck? We need some moisture here to dampen this rash of grass fires.

Doesn't work when I do anybody elses. Just mine. So you'll have to wait another 2-3 months before it happens again.

Maybe you should come wash, clay bar, wax, polish an detail mine. Then we'd be SURE to get rain (either that or I'd have one really clean truck).

Yeah...I jumped the gun a little bit with my post. Sometimes I have a case of itchy typing fingers.

In that case, maybe you could just drive up here and wash your truck in my driveway??

Oh...while they may not teach us to read, they DO teach us how to spell.
