wifes car is dead, now she is out in the streets with MY truck! help!
my wifes car wouldnt even attempt to start today. I tried jumping it, with no luck. it seems like a battery issue as all the electronics are non functional, but I cant imagine that the battery lost so much juice overnight that it wouldnt even ATTEMPT a turn.
all fuses are good, the car ran fine last night, and then died this morning. the only other thing I can think is maybe the transmission blew a sensor telling the car it was in park, and now it wont start, but why would the electronics be out? so now she is running wild through the streets of des moines in my rig, and attempting to park it at the fair, ten bucks says I get a call that she side swiped another parked vehicle.
so any advice? this is a 98 plymouth breeze.

don't take this the wrong way....
* check the battery terminals....tight
* check voltage with meter
* there should be another fuse panel under hood. verify if those are good too.
* ask you wife to park in the corner of the parking lot...our trucks are bigger and wider than the avg. car. she is going to bring home free door dings.

ok. I am all good now. truck is back in the driveway, and the wifes car starts again. I guess the battery just decided it was done. I hooked it up to a charger and it wouldnt charge and started to not smell so good
so bought a new battery and we are in good shape.
you will not believe how poorly designed this battery placement was. I had to take the front left tire off, the inside fender, and then I was able to get to the battery. how stupid is that?!

what is worse is some companies have re-located the battery under the rear seat. imagine what it would be like to have battery problems with a full car.
