Looks a little clunky. I like my CAA adjustible grip, and my 6 pos. CAA stock is "alright", but alot of they're foregrips/rails and other stuff is mediocre.

I'm thinking the BATF would classify that as a SBR.

You can't even legally assemble the sholder stock/holster on a "Broomstick" Mauser without the proper BATF-E paperwork.

I need to check again but I believe the Mauser C96 (Broomhandle) is considered a C&R so the shoulder stock is legal without the NFA tax. Also applies to Lugers and Browning P35's (Hi Powers). Now if the C96 is selective fire the tax still applies.

It's legal to OWN one, and to own the sholder stock.
it's just not legal to afix the sholder stock to the pistol with out having a permit for a Short Barreled Rifle.

It's also illegal to fish for whales on Sundays in Michigan. It's illegal to sleep naked in Minnesota too. We have the dumbest laws!

What hand gun did they use to convert to fully automatic?
Certainly a fast way to empty what looks like an extended clip.

Pretty neat. I would be a little concerned with the pistol rocking inside the frame. In one of those shots you could clearly see that there was alot of movment. This has to kill the accuracy.

I assume you have to either strip the sights off your gun or have the stock sights for these to fit too. No Halo sights allowed

SECTION III: Weapons Removed From The NFA
As Collector's Items And Classified As Curios Or Relics Under The GCA
The Bureau has determined that by reason of the date of their manufacture, value, design and other characteristics, the following firearms are primarily collector's items and are not likely to be used as weapons and, therefore, are excluded from the provisions of the National Firearms Act.
Further, the Bureau has determined that such firearms are also curios or relics as defined in 27 CFR 478.11. Thus, licensed collectors may acquire, hold, or dispose to them as curios or relics subject to the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR Part 478. They are still "firearms" as defined in 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44.

Chinese mfd. copies of the Mauser model 1896, semiautomatic pistol, produced prior to 1945, any cal., accompanied by original Chinese mfd. detachable wooden holster/shoulder stocks.

Mauser, Model 1896 semiautomatic pistol accompanied by original German mfd. detachable wooden holster/shoulder stocks, all semiautomatic German mfd. variations produced prior to 1940, any caliber."

Artillery and Luger carbines (manufactured before 1940) is included under this ruling. 3", 4" and 6" barrel Luger ARE NOT included and consided NFA if having the lug and stock.

Once apon a time you could have a C96 and a stock and not be a NFA weapon. The lug on the C96 (or Luger) must be ground off and or filled in to get around the tax. I know, my C96 and Lugers have been butcher because of the old ruling.
