Hey bigfoot, if you are buying lunch I will make it a point of giving you a call. Have to go back to Dallas some time in the near future anyway.
Next time I go north thru San Antonio I will let all of you know and hopefully can meet some of you. Will post it before I go.

Mexstan, you can't go away, I was worried that the the Nuclear plant we supplied the pumps to had went off line, since no ones heard from you but if you wanna go, I could call them and void the warranty on the new pumps, if they don't turn OFF your power , the "contreversy" is what makes it fun, it's like my daddy told me "opinions are like a-holes, everyone has one and most of them stink" I have learned to where a closepin on my nose most of the time by the way, what did you ever do about your welder????

Hi PD, must be those pumps you guys supplied but our power has been unusually consistant lately. In fact I don't remember a power outage for a month now. Even when it did go out the last two times it was only one phase (only lost power in half the house) so can't blame that on you. Will see what happens next rainy season when the storms hit.
Did not buy a welder yet as I am not quite at the stage of needing one consistantly. Also need to sell my car first. Still looking tho. Leaning more and more towards a cheap MIG.

Before you buy a welder. The next time you are up here look at Home Depot they have a small (gas powered) Stick welder that looks like it would be real nice to have around the farm. It’s small and easy to carry and will handle most jobs. Cost is in the $1000.00 range.

Thanks. Have seen the Home Depot wire feed stuff and they don't look that bad. Never saw a gas powered welder so will take a look next time I head north.
