Where is Iker42
Haven't seen that little fella around here in months it seems , anyone know where he made it to? Probably got himself a woman and figured out there is life outside DTR (there is life besides DTR right?).

Awesome, what extra classes does it take to get certified in TX with an Ohio cert do you know? Also what are you guys paying your FF/Medics? Hopefully more than I can find here especially for part-time...

starting ff/paramedic is like 42k. 39k for ff/emt-b. IIRC you NREMT-P so all you need to do is some paper work to get you texas dept of health cert. do you have all your IFSAC seals? if so, then i think its just paper work again to get over to texas commission on fire protection. with the union raise we get next year, i think a maxed out ff/emt-p on a special team (rescue/hazmat which is a 4% incentive) you would be at 60k. i think a new D/O is like 58k
