Where to get a cheap in.lb. torque wrench?

I'm looking to adjust the bands on the transmission here pretty soon, and I need an in.lb. torque wrench to do so. Where can I get a good one for little money? I would prefer it be online, as thats where I do most of my shopping. Thanks.

Harborfreight.com has 1/4" 20-200 inch lbs for $28.99

I have one and the 1/2 and 3/4" ft lbs ones and they work just fine for me

Unfortunatly CHEAP and PRECISION tooling don't normally go together. I would be more likly to find one used (pawn, used tool stores, classifieds) and have it calibrated.

Got my Snap-on at a pawn shop. Cheep tools are good enough for some stuff but not for anything that requires precision.

If it needs a torque wrench , then it needs a good one.
