When was the last time you ever saw one of these out of the truck?
I am sad to say we are replacing a cummins engine with only 43,000 miles on it. Here is the new one ready to go in. I have never seen a 24-valve out of the truck myself. I have seen an old first gener out of the truck, and I will be seeing a 97' 12-valve out of the truck next week

The truck was a 2001 ram 3500 HO. It was pushing oil out the blow by at a rate of about 1 quart every 20-25 miles 
So Cummins said to put a new engine in it. I'll get a better pic when we uncover it and get ready to do the swap.
