Whats up with my paint??

I just washed my new truck for the first time this morning and it seems like it has not been waxed. I thought they wax these from the dealer? It is kinda rough, is there a waiting period for the paint to cure, before you can wax it? Any help would be great.

The dealers don't do a **** thing to these trucks but try to sell 'em for the highest price they can get. There's a nice dually 24v with a bent brush guard sitting at the local dealer, straightening this thing out would make a huge difference in the looks dept. I would check the build date on the door sticker and give it a few months until I rubbed it out. This is the advice you get from a body shop after a paint repair.

How about a pic? Is it all over? Paint should be good by the time its sold. The vehicles are washed before being sold to a customer.
