I have two Rotts and not matter what food they eat, they still fart. They do fart less when eating Benefull (sp?). But if they sit down by you its like sitting next to the wind section of a symphony! Also, I don't feed mine table scraps either, but i found out if someone does sneak them food they get bad gas too.

 

Sounds like my German Shorthair... and most of the time you get no warning of whats to come !! If you can't hold your breath for a good bit, you're toast !!!

 

Haha! If they start levying fines for massive expulsions of foul-smelling gas, Obama will owe a hefty bill for his Inauguration speech!!

 

Biljac brand dog food expensive but easy to digest and well worth the extra $ .

 

two a day for one week if the problem persists include two gerbils and an opossum.

 

my akita (11mnths) has failed one cat and a few muscrats so far but he is still on the hunt for a rabit. yet i am pleased he has found no skunks as i feel farts will not compare

I know my neighbor used to shred a small amount of ginger and mix it in the food. Its for the digestive tract and for the rank breath they can get. Not a lot of it though.

A K&N filter over oiled should fit ok.
